Room was clean. The breakfast was pretty good and had a good amount of options that me and my children enjoyed. We were only there for a quick pitstop during a long drive and it met our expectations.

The elevator was down when we got there. Also, the check in process took awhile because there was only one person on duty and other people kept jumping in front of us asking the one clerk questions. So that

I had to change rooms because the toilet in the first room made an excessively long drown out noise. Took him forever to find me another room with a king size bed. Then when I got moved to the TV didn’t work, they fixed it. The room was freezing all night long and the automatic heating system went off and on and was excessively loud. The pillows were horrible. I woke up the next morning, wanting just a hot shower and all I got was water spraying all over the place for the broken shower. The staff refused to help me and also I overpaid because I pre-registered with Booking.com and now I have to fight to get that money back.
