"This is one of my bottom 3 hotel stays ive ever had."

There was only one employee who was actually pleasant to me; I wish I could give you a name. He was a very nice gentlemen; however the rest of the staff was not.

I was given a room with urine all over the bathroom, when I went to the desk and politely asked for a new room (as well as showing a picture of the original room i was given to the staff) I was met with a nasty attitude & th e staff talked back to me. As well as one of their staff members was constantly staring at me making me highly uncomfortable for my entire 3 night stay.. not to mention the lobby was dirty & outdated. The booking also says free breakfast but fails to mention that your only breakfast options are cereal or muffins. They do not have hot breakfast.

The room was clean and everything worked.

The lampshade on the lamp on the bedside table was damaged badly, had big holes in it. Also, there was the smell of marijuana in the hallways, likely not much you can do about that.

The location where I needed to be and to 95 was perfect, but I won't stay here again.

The bed appeared to have a metal plate under it that popped and made loud noises every time I sat on it or moved. There were no USB charging ports in the entire room. It's 2025, and this is a modern accessory. The ice machine was constantly empty, snack machines were not working, people on both sides of me were overly loud, fighting on one side and very romantic on the other. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6:00 AM, and it was more like 6:30. This caused me to not be able to enjoy the perk because I had to be where I had to be.

It was clean! Staff was very nice. The location was convenient and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was good and that space was also clean. The stay was great and we will be back!

Although it said 100% non smoking, every time my family and I entered there was someone smoking at the door entrance. In which case we had to walk through it. We were quite disgusted. My reception was a little spotty but that was fine.
