Although the hotel does not have the standard Hilton quality, it is still good enough even for a long stay in Bogota. The hotel has everything you need, indoor pool, gym, bar etc. Breakfast is a standard buffet with a good selection of dishes. The rooms are large and tidy with a large bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful and called a taxi for us whenever we needed it. I recommend this hotel because of its solid offer and because it is in a quiet place.

Front desk never answered the phone. We had to walk to the front desk for everything. We told them our phone wasnt working and the guy just looked at me. 1 towel in our room for 3. The front desk was the worst. Restaurant and staff were great. Transportation to and from airport was great. The front desk gave me a problem about putting my cc on file so i could charge to the room. I do not recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel interior, the shower is really good (rainfall with strong pressure) room has plenty of room. Shuttle to airport is no longer in use, need to stop publishing that then. But staff is friendly
