Nice beach. Great friendly staff. Suite was comfortable. Fairly well located to tour Cabot Trail over multiple days. Run down yard compared to the photos - no volleyball, could use some chairs or more benches closer to the beach. Jacuzzi tub didn’t work. Billiards are in the basement in a room next to the bar. Restaurant on site was average. Have to ask at reception for clean towels, more coffee, etc if staying more than one night.

Fine but somewhat dated. Bed was rock hard. Beach was nice, had some fireflies at night.

Lots of maintenance needs to be done around that property

We stayed right near the water, we had a beautiful view. We had a beautiful view of a full moon from our bed. We really enjoyed where we stayed. The sound of the ocean was lovely but very loud. There was no AC in the room so windows were open all night for a breeze. Our toilet was on an angle and not bolted down. Very dangerous. Lady at the front desk for check-in was clueless. The continental breaky was actually $15 each. She didnt know what cabin we were staying in. She said they provide firewood, we didnt get any as apparently there was none left. We went for supper there for the lobster, they didnt have any lobsters. Although a beautiful spot, was not worth $330.

Although the property was dated, the access to the private beach made it worth it.

Great location. Showers were clean but could use an update.
