I felt that this property had an excellent location on the shores of the bridal lakes the resort was very clean staff was very friendly for more Nova scotia staycation
Just very outdated. We had to seat ourselves at the dining room where there were only four other people there. Smoke detectors in the rooms looked they were older than me. Emergency lighting was plugged into a wall receptacle. Carpet on the floors. Just really outdated. The two ladies at the desk were very nice and accommodating but the property is going down hill has I would say.
Great stay at the hotel .
The Golf course was stunningly beautiful. Overlooking the Brador Lakes. Wind was very brisk day two but still very fun on the course. Don't eat the steak offering but the chicken fettucini was great.

Its a nice place to stay that offers some good outdoor events to do as well. Unfortunately they close earlier then would like lol. But overall good place to stay
If you are thinking about staying at this property I would rethink your choice. Reservations are recommended for the dining room but that has no impact on the service you will receive. We waited just under and just over an hour for our order on two sepatate evenings. There were only three staff and they had to do everything, including make your bar drinks, clear and setup tables, take orders and serve. And the prices were definitely out of line with the service.
The A/C in our unit was very loud, we were unable to sleep with it on. Mentioned it at the front desk but nothing was done. Food at the restaurant was good and staff pleasant.
Peaceful with a great view
The resort was across from the lake. The room we had was really big. Beds were comfortable. We played mini golf. It could use some updating but it was still fun. They have both a indoor and outdoor pool. We went in the outdoor pool which was nice and deep. There is nothing really around here so we ate at the resort. It was a bit confusing about which area to eat at so make sure you ask at the front desk. There is a restaurant and a clubhouse. The resort was 2 hrs from the Newfoundland Ferry so a good place to stop if you have some extra time.
