The best part of the stay was the scenery, the worse part was having a fan in the cottage that was too small to cool the place down. I called the office for another fan but they said they didn’t have one. All the money being taken in to this place you would think they would have heat pumps in them or at the very least window a/c’s!! The place was comfortable but maybe in the hotel section it would have been a better experience.
Food was absolutely amazing and the service we received from Akshit was beyond anything we could of ever imagined. He made or stay over the top. It's a great resort and has many options to choose from. Comfortable room with lots of space and we had a suite. We wish we could of stayed longer. Also the entertainment was fantastic. Great time all around but Akshit made the difference for us.
The options for activities at and near the resort plus and the food at the restaurant was delicious.
when checking out, I asked for a receipt. The staff said it will be emailed, which I never received. when I got home, I found I was charged twice, #378.32 and $378.32. I contacted the resort immediately by email, their answer was that I had to deal with Expedia Travel, because I reserved it with Expedia. I am pondering if I am going to keep using Expedia service.
Only issues was the wifi was a little spotty and I wish there was food at the pub vs just the restaurant.
Breakfast was not a very good buffet, nothing to order "a la carte" and the staff had left their smiles at home.
