The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very cozy, the bed is super comfy. There are really interesting books on the shelves for you to read during your stay. But the best part of this place are the wonderful people who work there, they go above and beyond to help you. Case in point was when I lost my phone before departing PVR airport and I called Alonso at the hotel front desk and he was able to help me find out that someone had found my phone and returned it to the information desk inside the airport. Great people!

The early morning roosters nearby! Only complaint

I also enjoyed the pool, which I had all to myself—a rare treat that made the experience even more relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Overall, this hotel had it all: comfort, great amenities, and an amazing vibe. Highly recommend!

Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room .

The complimentary cup of fruit was delicious. The bistro restaurant is very good with attention to detail.

My room was facing the street. It wasn’t a dealbreaker but it would have been better to have had a room off the street.

"Very Chic boutique hotel"

It was a beautiful place. There was a minor issue that was resolved quickly. Continental breakfast was divine. The pool they show on the site is not on the property so that was a bummer. They did have bikes, beach towels and umbrellas for the beach...Bonus
