I travel the world and my stay here has impressed me so much i am already working to carve out time to come again

Awesome views of the water. Friendly and helpful staff. We had the breakfast and the dinner. It was yummy. Everything is very clean. Public transportation is very close to the hotel. Pool and beach area are nice.

Liked: access to secluded beach; pool; proximity to market place store; view from restaurant, sunset; staff. Did not like: water pressure in shower, musty 'old church' smell in lobby, bfast room and hotel room.

Ocean views are wonderful. Average property; no bells and whistles. The room you reserve and the room you are assigned when checking in are not the same. Dated property can use some upgrading. Average stay.

All but one of the front desk workers were very kind and pleasant and made the stay feel like we were family. The AC worked well and the tiled rooms held the cool well. The maids did good work. The ocean view was glorious and I was perfectly content with the two beach options. Although it's on the far end of the island, it means fewer guests and more peace and quiet. Some of the decor was dated, but the beds were comfy and the resort still looked nice. The water pressure is a bit lacking in the shower and toilet and my tub drained very slowly. The curtains were hard to close and the lock for the door was really hard to get open. Very simple but delicious continental breakfast. They provide beach towels as well. I would definitely consider staying here again. The pool was also very nice and they had a shower and floaties available.

It is a nice property with a stunning view on the Ocean but you have to be aware that: - There are 2 beaches, one very nice but small (can host 7-8 people) and when there is high tide it disapper. The other one is bigger but it is inside a Marina with a lot of boats in front of you. It should be a private beach (there is a board on the beach mentioning it), but it is not. People from the houses closeby come there and also big groups from cruises come to make canoa or boat trips. Really not acceptable. The beach was cleaned only once in one week and it is not managed at all. You end up looking for better beaches outside . - The resturant is in a stunning position but it looks like that the staff is not properly trained. They are kind but they miss the basics. (Guests like to eat on the terrace outside and they only prepare tables inside, asking people to bring themeselves food outside). Tables wet from the previous night rain are not cleaned if not asked. On Sunday evening they had a private birthday party (external guests) and they didn't have enough staff to handle the resort guests who were offered only salads & cold sandwiches or suggested us to order from an external take away !!. On Sunday evening public bus do not work in the Island so we couldn't even go eating outside. - The rooms are nice and comfortable. The service is so and so. The cleaning staff everyday was forgetting something: we were 3 people and were leaving towels for 2, forgetting to leave beach towels or shower gel regularly. All in all is a nice place, that needs a bit of renovation, but the management is definitely poor.

The property needs work and the beach access is not good. Small and not kept up We left and went to the Hamilton Princess

Beautiful property and beautiful private beach. Beach was shallow and safe especially for my young daughter. We enjoyed swimming everyday and building sandcastles on the beach. It was a bermudaful stay at this hotel and island. Will be back again!
