Beautiful honeymoon on a private beach in an awesome suite overlooking the ocean, could not have been better!!!!

It's all about location at Willowbank. The property is positioned between two nice beaches. One is facing Ely's Harbor and the other is ocean-facing. Both are beautiful and generally quiet and calm. There is also a pier around which to snorkel (it is teeming with aquatic life). There is a good restaurant on the property and the staff are friendly. It is not a luxury resort, so if you need to be pampered and waited on, this is probably not going to be a good option for you. If you prefer calm, quiet and laid-back vibes with incredible views, this might be your best bet. Others notable property amenities include a gym, tennis and pickleball courts, a pool, and a basketball goal.

My husband and I stayed at Willowbank Resort from July 3–7, 2025 — our second time returning to this beautiful and peaceful place. Once again, it felt like our own private retreat. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a kitchen, a sofa bed, a king-size bed, two TVs, and A/C — just the right setup for us. The space felt familiar and personal, and we appreciated the balance between comfort and simplicity. The ocean view from the room is absolutely magnificent — quiet, private, and endlessly calming. Willowbank is located in a serene part of the island, with warm, still waters and a gentle beach just steps away. The mild climate and peaceful surroundings make it an ideal spot to unwind. We especially loved the sense of privacy. The concierge checked in daily to ask what we needed, but we preferred a low-key stay, so it worked perfectly for us. The food was fresh and delicious every day — Chef Nicolas continues to impress with his flavorful and thoughtfully prepared meals. And the staff, as always, made the experience feel warm and welcoming. Deivon, Gina, Rita, Vicky, and Terry were all so kind and helpful. One standout moment: I had accidentally left my purse behind — with all my documents — just as we arrived at the airport to fly home. The hotel immediately reached out, and Gina went above and beyond by driving all the way to the airport to deliver it in person. Thanks to their quick thinking and kindness, a stressful situation was handled with calm and care. We’re so grateful for another unforgettable stay and look forward to returning again. Willowbank is truly a special place — peaceful, beautiful, and run by people who genuinely care.

Beautiful property

We visited Willowbank on a day pass & had the greatest day! We were treated to a very warm welcome at reception, who arranged for our host Dionne, who was fabulous and friendly throughout our visit! We had a tour of ten property, including the beaches and pool. The hotel presents well, and is immaculately clean. We spent the morning at the pool with our kids aged 7 & 10 and they made use of a floaty and pool noodles provided. Towels were also provided along with sunloungers. We then headed to lunch & the service was very welcoming and engaging! The chef came out and met us, the food was fresh, delicious, good value for money with generous portions. We then headed down to the beach, the ocean was beautiful- as expected in Bermuda! Wonderful views & again immaculately clean. Our host Dionne came by twice during our stay to check that we had all we needed, it was greatly appreciated & we were made to feel very welcome! We would 100% recommend the Willowbank resort & hope to come back during our next visit!

Willowbank Resort was a perfect fit for us. We loved the quiet atmosphere. We snorkeled daily, ( bring your own equipment) enjoying the two beaches and boardwalk point. The staff was gracious and helpful. Beautiful view of sunset and stars. We enjoyed using the nearby bus system to engage in night life and events elsewhere, but happy to come back to this secluded haven

Willow banks resort did not live up to its presentation on hotels.com When I booked with Hotel.com the listing showed that breakfast was included in the price. the resort said stated breakfast was not included and would be $60 a day. I called Hotels.com and spook to a person about the issue and they said they would contact the resort and get this resolved and call me back. the person never called the resort and never called me back. the first hotel room we were taken to was not what we had booked and was unacceptable old dirty beat-up furniture rusty refrigerator and full of ants. Phone did not work in the room could not call the front desk. no one at the front desk after 6pm. local people coming into the resort and walking around No the deadbolt on the door did not work there was no way to secure the door from the inside of the room my wife felt very unsafe at night, so I had to slide a large chair in front of the door. I would expect to be refunded the it cost me to have breakfast every day I would not recommend this resort to anyone the resort is very misrepresented on Hotels.com

A beautiful, serene resort with friendly staff, beautiful views, and good food. I enjoyed my time there and will book again!
