Cozy and very comfortable!

Just called to book a room under a package. And no where did it showed about could not use on Friday dates. Then when lady checked said its only sunday-thursday. Very misleading and false advertising.

Was nice and clean. Front desk when we checked in very friendly. Seemed like not many guests. Had breakfast area to ourselves both mornings. TV was a little dated but we were hardly ever in our room. Just to sleep. Nice golf courses all around us.

First time staying here....and the last! After a long day of traveling, we were looking forward to sitting in the whirlpool, but unfortunately is was not working. Our room Air conditioning unit was so loud, it had to be turned off to sleep, tv remote broken and very old tv, and even though there was an open spot in the cabinet.... no mini refrigerator. They gave us a $10 certificate towards food, so we ordered one of their frozen pizzas, only to have it delivered to us very burnt! The front desk person was training a new employee, so we were not very happy to have the new person trained to make pizza this way! Good luck to those who purchased a Groupon certificate!

very nice place - we were a bit disappointed that there was no refrigerator in our room though there was a space for it. The TV was quite old! Overall, a lovely facility.

Our daughter and son in law were married at Whitefish Lodge in February. From the moment we arrived to the time we left five days later, everything was flawless. Crystal and her team were friendly, professional and so accommodating. The wedding was planned from 3000 miles away as the couple live in Alaska. Do NOT hesitate to plan a destination wedding here!

What a relaxing weekend to enjoy the Cross Lake Winter Fest & stay at this lodge. We enjoyed the ambiance of the fireplaces in the lobby, with our friends,to warm us from the cold & snowy night outside. Our room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Staff was cordial. Check in & out was quick & easy.

We were only there for about 12 hours to sleep. Everything was clean and check in staff were very friendly. The only problem we had was regulating the temperature in the room. The wall-mounted HVAC system did not have an option for only the fan to run. You can only have the fan on when either the heat or AC was running. It is nice to be able to have the fan running to drown out other hotel noises such as people walking in the hall, door slamming, voices etc. The breakfast was OK, consisting of: make your own waffles, cold cereal, yogurt or hard-boiled eggs, and premade Omlets that you could warm up in the microwave. A few other things also. Two queen beds in our room were rather firm, as were the pillows, but it was OK.

Really enjoyed everything the hotel has to offer! The rooms are so clean, nice and cozy you could just lounge in there all day. Their continental breakfast has so many options it was nice that it was included in our stay. All the staff, from front desk to housekeeping were very nice and always greeted us with smiles. If you're looking for a nice quiet, relaxing get away, I highly recommend this lodge.
