La ubicación. Está genial para ir a bañarte al río y a la fuente de los baños. Y la comida del restaurante INCREÍBLE. Estaba todo buenísimo, mis felicitaciones al personal de la cocina.

El servicio del restaurante. Es una lastima que con lo buena que está la comida tarden tanto en servirte, hemos estado 4 días en pensión completa y solo hubieron dos ocasiones que no tardaron en servirnos, hubo una vez que tardaron 20 minutos en servirnos el segundo plato. Deberían poner más camareros porque ya comida es una delicia.

El personal encantador muy buena ubicación, acceso directo al río, todas las zonas muy limpias , tienes de todo en el hotel sin tener que salir de el .

"Una pena el personal que trabaja aquí. Podrían hablar ser un poquito más simpáticos."

Ubicación, habitación con camas amplias, desayuno…

El personal, no me encontré ninguno que sonriera, malas formas y de mal genio, no lo entiendo, están trabajando de cara al público y tratan fatal a la gente. El menú del hotel caro para lo que ponen.

Las instalaciones y el personal muy amable

Que la entrada al hotel no se haga hasta las 16 h. Creo que deberían incrementar el personal de limpieza para poder tener las habitaciones listas a partir de las 12 h y no más tarde de las 14 h ya que la salida se realiza a las 12 h como máximo.
