"Good and improvements"

I loved how clean and tidy it was. :) Free wifi Otherwise an amazing stay - easy check in by kiosk Don't have to take out your own rubbish

Could improve: Daily cleans More toliet paper (only half a roll on it for 2 days.) Cooking Element didnt work so could make anything for brekky.

Location and unit was very clean and comfortable

Not suitable for a longer stay. i.e. more than say 2 days. Limited cooking and washing up facilities. Expelair fan didn’t work and only a small opening window.

"Very tired facility that needed a good clean inside and outside and overpriced for what was provided"

Hotel had a restaurant, so getting an evening meal was OK.

Breakfast was on the facilities to be provided but once there were told it wasn't an option. Room was only serviced if you stayed 3 nights. Not noted when booking, or advised when checking in. Property was dirty inside and outside. Toiletries was a very small tube of shampoo and conditioner, smallest I've ever seen, and was to last 2 people 2 days. Room needed a good clean and upgrade. It was very tired. Outside porch was filthy with furniture that you would not be game enough to sit on. No warmth or friendliness from the staff. For $AUD200 per night i would have expected much more.

"Not recommended for wheelchair access."

Paid extra for wheelchair access, outside door and unit doors needed to be held open while wheelchair was pushed through, not easy for a senior, beds in corridor out side unit needed help to get in the door. Self check in didn’t work. NO hot water and management did not respond to message requesting assistance. Eventually managed to chase up maintenance guy.
