Overall, the places is great. The only problem is some of the tenants were smoking marijuana so there was a strong order of marijuana.

When we entered the apartment it was really filthy and stinky. At first we thought its the “rotorua” smell yet it was from the dirt in the apartment. The carpet was very dirty and was not vaccummed. It had reddish stains in particular areas around the house ( looked like blood stains which freaked us out!). The beds and sofas were full of crumbs and dirt. The toilet smelled bad and the toilet bowl was not cleaned. This place was really disappointing that we didnt spend the night in there, instead we slept in our car.

Friendly staff, easy process, clean property and surroundings, easy access to places. Would have been great if there was housekeeping staff available to change/ clean bedsheets, towels, rubbish bin for hygiene purposes.

Facility Very tired. Very noisy after 10 from owner's place. Yelling talking loud and woke everyone up. Think it was around 2am. Grrrrrrr
