The staff is second to none, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!! The hotel room was fantastic. Clean and modern. We enjoyed both the private pool and the main pool by the bar. Great place to stay! We will definitely stay here again!

The view from the property is amazing. The sunset is really beautiful. Though the service is OK, as compared to other hotels nearby. We had select the junior suite with the jacuzzi facing the sunset view though for suite the Jacuzzis are next to each other but then everyone is focussed on sunset so its ok. Room service isn't there but staff were friendly OK for the price but views are worthed

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing stay, looking forward to visiting the property again. The views of the property are breathtaking. Very peaceful neighbourhood.

Likes: The views are outstanding and are as advertised! Marietta from the front desk is amazing! She was able to help us out with booking a beautiful wine tour with a private driver for my group of 4 and helped us with recommendations for food delivery as there was no room service. We appreciated her hospitality and pleasant spirit! She needs a big old raise! :) Dislikes: Dimly lit room (not good for getting ready/applying makeup etc.), rooms did not look as advertised, spotty Wi-Fi (the hotel seriously needs to work on this), no telephone in the rooms so we had to communicate with reception/front desk via WhatsApp, limited/basic breakfast options, tv did not work in the first room we stayed in, no availability of separate double beds (the double beds advertised will be two single beds joined together), water pressure in shower not great, smokey bath towels, overall hotel needs a bit of updating although the bathrooms were quite modern. Some staff members were not friendly and even gave inaccurate information about walking distances to restaurants; there is not much close by! The hotel was not terrible but it is definitely overpriced for what is being offered. My friends and I stayed 3 nights and were not impressed and probably would not stay here again...

Fantastic property! We loved our stay at Gizis Exclusive while on Santorini. Our room was really large, comfortable, and had a great view of the caldera from the patio and hot tub area. Breakfast was delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and we will definitely be back to stay the next time we're in Santorini.

The view and the pool are nice. Everything else is just okay. Not super nice, not super bad. I was not impressed with the room or bathroom at all. Additionally, there is a €20 charge for any makeup on a towel, and this is per towel. You also cannot drink the water at this hotel, if that is important to you. Our mattress was incredibly thin, the wifi is awful, you cannot flush paper, and the rooms are very noisy. I would not stay here again. If you do stay here, they will tell you the closet restaurant is 15 minutes away. This is not true. The closet restaurant is a 1 minutes walk down the road.

Overtly hyped 3 star property. After paying 500 euros for 2 nights, was provided the smallest possible room and worst toilet whose drainage was pathetic. Do not take room nos 22 & 23 at any cost. Front desk was unattended all during the night till 8 am. Much better 4 star properties can be taken at similar cost

The only thing we like was the costumer service and the view.

Very pleasant stay, breakfast options were phenomenal, views were spectacular, service was great. What I liked best is that the hotel was in a quieter area of the island but quick drive to Fira and Oia. Would definitely stay at Gizis again!!!
