Great location in between Thira and Oia. Accommodation needs updating but overall good, with the views being spectacular….Sunset over the caldera amazing. Hot tub added bonus. Would definitely return in the future.

Room was clean and staff was very helpful. The view from our hot tub was absolutely beautiful. I’d love to stay here again.

The view from our room was beyond imagination. The staff was lovely, kind and very helpful. A friend who was traveling with my sister and I unbeknownst to us, asked the staff to change her MATTRESS. We were mortified after hearing that the staff did change her mattress. Needless to say they went above and beyond to serve us. We looked like ugly Americans, so embarrassed.

Our 5 night stay was just perfect. The rooms and hot tub were cleaned everyday, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. They gave us a room which had the best view of the sunsets - and the location of the hotel is great as you are away from the hussle bussle, but not too far (walking distance). So glad we chose to stay here vs. near the town centre. Breakfast was relatively limited and there is no all day restaurant/bar service however still would give this hotel a 10/10 review.

We loved our stay at Gizis Exclusive. Not only the view was uninterrupted, but we had our own hot tub, which was like a mini pool, and the receptionist, George made our stay even more special. As soon as we arrived, we checked in in less than 5 minutes. George immediately asked us if we had a dinner reservation in any restaurant in Santorini to see the sunset, and we didn't. In 5 minutes, he made a few calls and got us front row by the sunset, as well as a cab to take us there. The breakfast, the amenities, the location, the view, and the cleanliness of this hotel were amazing. We would definitely go back! Our 7 year old also enjoyed the hotel so much! :) P.S. George - if you read this, I hope your baby is born already, and we wish you and your family all the best!

Great view, staff cleaned our room daily, everyone at the hotel was just pleasant to deal with!

10 star view. 10 star comfy rooms. 10 star staff. 2 star for not letting us know beforehand that restaurant and bar is closed due to Covid19 situation. Everyone we've met on out trip were surprised as all the other hotels were open with safety precautions implemented.

Friendly staff and convenient location.

Lovely 6 nights spent at this hotel, situated 15 minute walk from Imerovigli village. Fantastic views. Pool bar not open which was a shame, so no pool side or evening drinks. This made the hotel less vibrant than the others close by. However the quiet was lovely

What I liked: a modern room in impecable condition and the view was awesome. The outdoor sitting area was an especially nice bonus and the staff (Maria and Chris) were efficient, friendly and helpful. What I didn't like: the hand held shower. I couldn't get it to stay in a position that would not wet the floor outside of the shower - Otherwise, my stay the Gizis was perfect
