The location of gizis exclusive is the perfect setting for a beautiful get away! The one and only thing that tops this is the staff members Chris, Mary, and Jenny! They make you feel at home and provide personal attention to every matter and detail involved with their guest's stay! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Santorini.

"Sadly not a luxury stay. Not worth the money"

First I would like to say that the staff was very nice and helpful when needed. This trip was supposed to be a luxury trip and for this the price does reflect, but sadly the quality of the amenities does not. From broken fridge to poor bathroom, to half working AC. Gorgeous view though. Again staff always made me smile, but I paid way too much money for a sub class hotel of probably 3 stars. Complained but fully booked. (I tried to upload pictures but it's not letting me)

The best service we encountered in Greece and one of the best in general ( we travel a lot). The staff at the hotel goes above and beyond to satisfy your needs and give you the best posible tips about the island. Recommend 100%. Hotel has the best view of the island.

Very smelly room Ants in the room and on the beds When asked to change the room, was told the room was ‘an upgrade’ , for the charges! 2 fellow traveling couples were treated differently .

Loved the view and the ability to sit in our private plunge pool whilst taking it all in. The hotel is right on the walking path which makes it ideal if you’re keen to put a few k’s in. The staff were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!
