Sovereign Pier On The Waterways

The hot pools and the swimming pools were exceptionally well maintained. The apartment was big ,very comfortable and well maintained. We could relax really well as it was quiet and peaceful place to live.

It felt like you were in your own home. the property was impeccable and the view simply beautiful and restful

The property was immaculately kept & felt luxurious & comfortable. Morning coffee outside on the deck felt a world away from everything else & the relaxing, beautiful views were exactly as we expected. We felt like we were living the dream while we were enjoying our stay, will definitely be booking here again.

The guide on the table referred to instructions in the laundry, however there was none. It also referred to a fan that needed to be switched on, but there was no clarity on where it was or how to use it.

Beautiful ground floor location overlooking marina with many large boats. Rolling hills in the background and morning sun into two of the bedrooms and lounge room. Grassed backyard with outdoor seating and bbq and side gate access to property pool and giant heated jacuzzi, open til 9pm.

Communication leading up to stay was very difficult and unresponsive. Even booking.com staff couldn't make contact - as a result, I nearly cancelled the booking. After arriving it turned out reception staff were new (2nd day on the job) and temporary, and the place was in transition to new management - likely explaining the poor communication.

Property def exceeded expectations. Would love to visit again.

The view was excellent, your own wee garage and being in a gated facility too was amazing.

The compact bathroom let the property down unfortunately. The shower flooded every time it was used it - thankful for the 4x towels....

Got a nail pinch on my foot that was coming out from a broken patch of carpet. Also, the grounds keeper decided it was a great idea to start working on our small front garden early am on Saturday, without telling anybody he was coming in. He was literally standing outside the room glass doors looking in. I had to close all curtains in a hurry. The checkout at 10am on a Sunday is excessive. I can understand early checkouts for massive tourist destinations like Venice or whatever, but not for a small sleepy town where most people come in for the weekend. Doubt there was a lot people lining up to check in on a Sunday in May.
