The location was convenient and the views were spectacular

We were unfortunately an hour late for checkout, which we understand is not ideal. However, the staff member was extremely rude in handling the situation. Instead of allowing us a few minutes to finish packing and cleaning up, she was verbally aggressive and kicked us out of the room while we were still gathering our things. A more professional and respectful approach would have been appreciated.

Great outlook over the waterway & boats. Very quiet and peaceful & lovely comfortable beds. Also bonus being able to use the gym. Manager's were also very friendly and helpful.

We had a downstairs unit, so the only downside was that it was a bit dark and the downlights were not very bright. Not a major issue, and we would still highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely location with a very nice view of a canal. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We chose to stay in Whitianga rather than Whangamata and we were very happy with that decision.

The apartment has cooking facilities which is great, slight downside is that the apartment had a cooking smell.
