Number Four at Stow

Well equipped rooms comfortable and spacious, Food was excellent,staff friendly and very helpful, W e rally enjoyed the stay there and would definitely recommend to our friends and colleagues

A lovely stay in a clean friendly hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly and some nice villages to visit nearby

Attentive staff with perfect location for wedding across the road. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside was noisy corridors first thing in morning

Junior suite was a reasonable size set within the roof space. Bathroom was, unfortunately, below standard in cleanliness with hair left all over the bath.

Very comfortable hotel if a little warm in the public areas. Great breakfast and good value for money.

You need a car for this hotel.The hotel is sited at a busy confluence of two 'A' roads but is a mile away from the attractive Stow-On-the-Wold. The building is a modern hotel, built in the traditional Cotswold stone. I tried to do some short, easy walks in the local area. Walking beside fast, busy, commercial traffic on the 'A' roads is unpleasant. The walk down at Bourton-On-the-Water needed more up-to-date information about the route.

Comfortable stay, excellent restaurant!

We were wedding guests at the nearby Hyde Barn. We chose it because it was over the road. It is within walking distance but there is no pavement and it’s a pretty busy road so we drove there and walked back when the road was quieter although pretty dark. We were in room 201 and it was lovely and cool even though it was 30 degrees. It was quiet at night despite being so close to a main road. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was a little disappointing but overall it was a great stay

The family suite with 2 bedrooms was perfect for 3 adults. The bathroom was clean and we'll equipped. The view was OK as it was more of the sky from the 2 skylights which we were able to open. The door knob to our room was falling off which was a shame. Calling the front desk from the room didn't get an answer. Knocked off a point for those 2 things. The breakfast was tasty and the options were plenty. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect to visit the small Cotswolds villages.
