Hotel Location: If only you want to visit old Matrah, is ideal place to stay since it is budget friendly hotel. Hotel atmosphere: Typical Asian Style mixed with modern design. If your found of dark wooden style stay then is the right place as rooms are without clear sunlight. The 8th floor bar live music can be heard in the evening till late early morning as 3am. Sleep can get disturbed during the those hours of show. Pool : size wise is not big enough and I don't agree using pool with swimming clothes instead of swimming costume. As a feedback to the management please increase number of your reception/ desk office staff since rush time is not easy to complete guest work on time. There is a delay with waiting. Being a 4star hotel, I beleive customer service behaviour in terms of smiley faces with warm welcome and attending hotel guests in the best way is essential specially for guests who are staying longer. I felt more of a office admin behaviour than a hospitality inviormental stay. The staff must siagology understand the nature of guests and from where they are coming, then accordinly they have to attend the guests. My exprience : One of room service staff behaviour was rough with hotel guest in terms of responding back to the guest instead of listening and doing the needful. The room mini sofa is not comfortable, also the bed mattress. I had got major back pain in my 14days of stay. The best about the hotel was the mini garden close to the pool area and of course the hotel entrance is amazing inviorment. Very well designed and mainted.
