Look , Oman has changed alot in hospitality but this hotel didnt even know about it , i had gone thru a nightmare

Checkin took around 1.45 hours at midnight. Can you believe it ? Rule no 1 in hospitality Never wait for more than 10 mnts for check in. If you forget the basics you are not doing it at all
