الفترة الأخيرة شهر يونيو 2026 من تجربتي للفندق لم تكون الغرفة نفس التجربة السابقة.. الأدوات لاتتوفر الا بعد عدة اتصالات مثل المحارم الورقية والاحذية الخاصة بدورات المياه .. صوت موسيقى الخاصة بالبار عالية جدا وتصل إلى الغرف التكييف كان سيء جدا للغاية

Property was clean and very spacious

I reached the hotel with my free cancellation booking from booking.com and made the payment just later to realize that with the same amount they had the bf and dinner option . We had 2 rooms booked we requested them to offer the same options but they ignore us at the reception and all vanished away . Later we asked for manager and they directed us to Moline . Who was so blunt to us - no customer service . This was completely unfair .

I recently stayed at Hotel Al Falaj in Muscat. The rooms were exceptional—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the reception staff. On the first day, I booked through Booking.com and had a pleasant stay. Two days later, before driving all the way from Salalah, I called the hotel to check room availability. I was informed that there were plenty of rooms available, so based on that assurance, we made the long journey without making a reservation. When we arrived, the receptionist was neither welcoming nor helpful. There was no greeting, no effort to assist, and we were simply told that the hotel was full. The attitude of the reception staff made us feel as though they wanted us to go elsewhere rather than help us find a solution. What was even more frustrating was that the hotel did not appear to be fully occupied. While the quality of the rooms deserves praise, the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service at the front desk significantly impacted our overall experience. Management should seriously look into improving staff training and guest relations, as the reception team is the first point of contact and sets the tone for a guest's stay.

The location and breakfast is good

The rooms are small and the sound from the bar on weekend.
