Great staff especially the concierge team in helping organise our itinerary. The restaurant was superb, and food and service excellent. Lovely location overall.

A minor issue - we were in 406 and there was a door being slammed 10 times an hour throughout the day. I think it was one of the staff private entrances below our room. If the support staff allow the door to slam, we can hear it in the guest rooms.

Facilites were lovely and the transfer between Timeo up in town and Sant Andrea was fantastic.

The fact that everything the kids wanted to use in the beach club was extra cost was silly as we were paying a lot to be there and I would have thought this could be included (like paddle boards) for no cost to house guests.
