Hotel Parco Degli Aromi Resort & SPA

Bel hôtel, belle piscine, bon petit déjeuner. Par contre on entend les chambres d’à côté (chasse d’eau, douche). Insonorisation très moyenne pour notre chambre. Attention il y a deux bâtiments. Nous étions à mon avis dans le plus ancien. Literie très moyenne (ressorts)

Staff premuroso e disponibile, una nota di merito a Veronica che ogni mattina ci faceva assaporare le sue torte. La location è spettacolare, anche se le stanze a parere mio non sono all’altezza delle 4 stelle

We stayed one night and I was so pleased that was all we had booked. There were ants everywhere in the bedroom. Admittedly it is rural but the ants were crawling over the bed. The air conditioning could not be regulated and remained at 25 degrees all night despite 3 trips to reception to ask how to adjust it. In the morning there was no hot water at all. As for the staff - absolutely no customer service whatsoever - not as much as an apology. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We stayed in some lovely places but this was NOT one of them.

Disappointing for a 4* hotel. Check in was very slow, too busy trying to tell us about the spa and for us to book/pay he didn’t even tell us where breakfast was that was included! Facilities were poor, no bar and then when asked for drinks they were very slow. Restaurant service was very slow for dinner and breakfast was very poor unless you like a lot of cake!! Veal meatballs on the dinner menu turned out to be Octapus! Then check out was very slow and was trying to charge us for items we hadn’t had, no print off just throwing numbers our way! View is lovely but sadly the only positive!

Amazing views....truly a little piece of paradise. A favorite destination during our stay in Sicily.

Beautiful location, gorgeous food and very helpful staff!

Got an upgrade to a suite which is excellent. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast variety is limited but didn’t concern us. Lots of services and amenities were not available when we were there like the spa and massage which is a shame. View from the balcony and pool was brilliant. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Very closed to Erice.
