Hôtel correct. Prestations correctes pour le prix. Un léger coup de vieux tout de même en général. L’extraction d’air du restaurant est à revoir. Ça sent en permanence le poisson grillé. Sympa si vous avez envie de poisson grillé, moins sympa au petit déjeuner… Le Spa très quelconque . Là aussi un petit coup de remise à neuf serait souhaitable . Quelques champignons sur les poutres autour du jaccuzi d’intérieur, pas génial quand on est sensé se relaxer sur les chaises longues a côté. Idem dans les douches où les boutons pressoirs sont désolidarisés des murs… enfin, pas convaincu de l’intérêt de prendre les « suites ». Elles sont dans le bâtiment du haut qui donne pour partie sur le toit du restaurant et le bâtiment du bas, alors que le bâtiment du bas, celui des chambres classiques a une magnifique vue totalement dégagée sur la cote.

Amazing service and great view

Fantastic location in the middle of the nature and at the same time closed to the city and Erice. Strongly suggested to spend min. 2 night to appreciate in full the structure.

I booked for 3 nights, the personal service was good and the views was amazing but the amenities at hotel was very disappointing for a 4 stars hotel wellness and spa ! First, they charge me 15€ for a birthday decoration which they put only 2 balloons and wrote by them happy birthday and the room smell humidity, the vmc got dust fall on the bed and all the amenities was extra charges which they haven’t mention when you book ! 40€ per person per day for an amount of time! Second we booked for a massage for two peoples, the massage was good but it wasn’t relaxing at all due we can heard everyone passing around. The breakfast was ridiculous, scramble eggs was cold. I could books something less expensive and better for this price in the city. Very disappointed for a birthday trip which also they wasn’t discreet.

Beautiful property The rooms can be renovated for sure but the common areas are perfect And the staff is definitely 5* level Very well organized, customer service is great The restaurant is wonderful, breakfast is beautiful The spa is extra but you can order a bottle of Prosecco in the jacuzzi… priceless!

I feel that this hotel has a lot of potential but seems to be mismanaged. Features and amenities are acceptable but not worth the price per night. I think you can find comparable places for a lot less. It’s not a 4 star resort. I will definitely go elsewhere next time I visit.

Magnifique hôtel situé à mi pente de la route menant à Érigé. Vue depuis la chambre ou de la piscine extraordinaire. Même si la chambre est un peu petite le balcon donnant sur la mer vaut tous les m2 !. Restaurant très fin . Service irréprochable. Je recommande .
