Hotel Parco Degli Aromi Resort & SPA

The building is a little dated, but fairly priced. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work. The staff have been incredibly nice and helpful and the view is absolutely astonishing. Very close to Erice and very romantic. I got my shellac removed but my nails started to break the day after because they have been filed to deeply and without the use of single use disinfected tools. The hotel stay has been overall positive.

Siamo capitati per caso e la struttura cie piaciuta tantissimo, ottimi massaggi in spa e un buon ristorante. Ottima anche colazione!

The view was greatful. Breakfast was delicious. The room has all that we needed.

Ficamos só uma noite pois a ideia era pegar um barco em Trapani. Fica a 10 km da cidade e serviu bem para o que queriamos. O hotel é bem simpático e o quarto, apesar de simples, confortável. Foi o melhor custo benefício que achamos.

Struttura con un panorama fantastico. Pulizia ottima. Personale gentilissimo. Camere un po’ piccole ma confortevoli. Ottimo per una vacanza rilassante.

Séjour reposant dans un cadre idyllique entouré d un personnel aimable et compétent

This place is absolutely terrible and I do not understand any positive review. If you care about cleaniness you should look elsewhere. We first were given a room with a terrible smell. No problem we change room. Second room we discover when we are ready to go to sleep sperm stains on the sheets. Call reception they come to change sheets. No problem. We then discover bed bugs!!!!! Completely unaceptable. We had to leave the hotel at 11pm no refund nothing no help from management nothing. Staff not helpful at all and you have to ask for a « sorry » this is crazy.

Le personnel de cet hôtel nous on fait passer un séjour détestable. Les masseuses se moquaient à gorge déployée du fait que nous ne maîtrisions pas convenablement l’anglais ; nous prenaient de haut, nous regardaient de travers à chaque passage à la réception… Nous n’avions qu’une seule hâte c’était de quitter cet endroit.
