Very bad experience with the staff. They are rude, angry and tried to fight with female members of the family. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL

Best heritage hotel in jaipur, best food, best service, best staff, best location, staff is very helpful, and very close to every monument, their Dal bati was mouth watering. Will recommend this to everyone

Pleasant stay with good ambience and staff behaviour is awesome they were very kind and I loved the food it is delicious all thanks to the head chef and their team . Loved it because it was near the station and convenient.

Hotel Ruby was a good hotel, and the stay was really pleasant. The only reason I’m deducting two stars is that the AC wasn’t working, and the ceiling fan wasn’t functioning properly—it didn’t provide sufficient airflow. Apart from that, everything else was nice.

Great hospitality and quick service… very nice experience and an amazing place to stay in the heart of Jaipur…. Rooms are really good and spacious… food is amazing…… Commute is readily available as the hotel is in the centre of the city…. Over all 5 stars

Excellent amenities and connectivity to major tourist attractions. Had a very pleasant stay and the staff's behaviour was amicable. The highlight for me was wide number of tour packages offered by the hotel which helped me relax and not worry about itinerary.

Wonderful property at a great location. The staff is very polite and hard working. Rooms were clean and sanitized.I stayed with my daughter for 2 days. It was an amazing experience. We needed some extra pillows and towels which they provide it immediately. Food served during lunch and dinner from the menu is great and tasty. The hotel staff and reception people go all the way to help you and make you feel comfortable. We had a peaceful stay. I ll recommend it any day.

I had stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained. The hotel is located at a prime place and it made easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Check-in and check-out processes were great , and the staff was courteous and responsive. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would consider staying here again for future visits and recommend this place as well!
