Hotel Ruby

Prostitution hub, receptionist is pimp and threatened family and wife to be here on her own risk. Also stole cash from our car. They also forcebaly charged us extra money and did not give any recieving. We denied to pay extra so receptionist denied our stay and did not refund the money

Dirty,noisy,uncleaned,very basic hotel Non cooperative staff etc. Receptionist are broker,other are brokers are wandering just here and there They take you to fixed shops for shopping where there commissions are fixed Prices are too much high,you can't afford We had a bad experience Guys don't stay in this hotel which looks good and traditional from outside

For three nights stay they charged for four nights. I checked in evening of 7th, checked out at 10.30 am on 11th Jan. I slept 3 nights only but charged one night extra, not fair. While checking our, all staffs gaze around like voltures looking for flesh, that's disgusting, they should ask for tips in different ways.

Hotel looks fabulous from the outside. Inside it is dirty noisy and very very basic. Dirty beds and the bathroom is old and dirty the towels worn and grey. The toilet seat was so dirty I can’t understand it was not picked up while cleaning. The bedsheet had so many hairs it’s funny. We slept on the bed in our clothes and worn slippers/shoes the whole time. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us another sheet. The water bottles were reused and refilled so not sure if water was safe to drink it was definitely not hygienic. We stayed as our driver took us there late at night and our options were limited after a long day travelling. Not worth even 10,000rs per night.

I recently had the most devastating experience at Hotel Ruby's in-house restaurant, and I cannot keep silent about it. I was three months pregnant and arrived at the hotel at 5 o'clock in the morning, hoping to grab some breakfast before starting my day. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed at that time, and being pregnant, I needed to eat regularly to keep my sugar levels in check. So, I ordered some sattvic food from Zomato, a food delivery app. However, I was in for a rude shock when the restaurant manager refused to allow me to take the delivery, despite my desperate pleas. The manager bullied me and harassed me, saying that my pregnancy was not his concern, and he would not allow me to eat the food I had ordered. As a result, I was left without any food for hours, and my sugar levels kept increasing due to hunger. Eventually, the worst happened, and I suffered a miscarriage, losing my unborn child. The pain and trauma I went through are beyond words, and I hold this restaurant manager solely responsible for my loss. I cannot forgive this person for the way he treated me, and my curse will be on him and his entire family. No one should ever have to go through what I experienced at Hotel Ruby and I urge everyone to avoid this establishment at all costs.

I really enjoying my 2days jaipur Trip with my family, Overall i say about this hotel is good, its not a street hotel, parking is available in front of hotel easily 6-7car parking place,wifi available check login password with reception before the check in. Hotel menu price is little more expensive but food was good .

Please don't get fooled by the facade of this hotel. It is what I would call a low budget hotel. Even the approach to this hotel is bad. I would equate this to some of the cheapest US motels. Service was bad. The room staff were thoroughly disinterested in serving the client. Just to give some perspective, I am an Indian-American who spent my early years in India - I would stay away from this place.

No very good. Don't eat in the hotel. We had spinach and it was not washed properly. Mud was in it.

For Jaipur, it's very good.
