Hotel is good but behaviour of hotel staff are rough.
Value for money hotel, nice pool, good service, not excellent but good staff service. Overall feeling is to positive.
Hotel is indeed worth a try, It is close to Tito's lane and Baga Beach. Be aware of the hotel staffs specially the room attendants and room service. It was a not a good experience with them. You can be rest assured that anything or everything which is requested through room service will not take less than an hour if you are lucky. However, the ambience is good and comfortable to stay with family and friends.
This place is value for money, we stayed in Standard room which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Resort closeness to Baga beach and market was advantage. I would definitely recommend this place. However do not expect a resort environment.
Overall experience was nice but the staff at reception were not so friendly, we did not find any of the reception folks to be warm and welcoming. There is a huge scope of improvement there. Otherwise, other amenities are good, over all rating 3 stars.
Someone must go with delux room having pool side or garden view.

Room was not as per the site details.The amenities of room which was mention on the site is totally different.I m not happy with the services but it could be considered on discounting rate. Ya i would like add one good thing is that breakfast was very good.
I booked this hotel for a vacation for my father and mother in law. They were very happy with stay there. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful.
Awesome and polite staff, fast service, ull always find everything organised and tidy at the hotel... also loved the birthday cake, card and flowers that they sent me on my birthday... Will always visit this hotel when i'll be in Goa....
