We had a good comfortable stay at the hotel. Though, we thought the rooms could have been better. But the overall service was good and the room had all the required amenities.

I lost my gold/diamond earring & have asked the hotel reception to give me a call even if they hv not found it... But no response from their end... Very disappointed because i called them twice to check if they had found it.. I also left my mobile number but never got a courtesy call.... They should have at least make an effort to call & let me know even if they haven't found it.... I know it was my carelessness but didn't expect a bad customer service... Overall the hotel was fine but i don't understand why they close the swimming pool so early...
It was a great stay. Although the hotel was around 15 mins walking from the beach, over all it was a pleasant stay. The front office was very courteous and made arrangements of 2 rooms on the same floor. The staffs were ever smiling and was always there when ever called for. Food was also good however the menu was limited so far continental and goan food was concerned.
Its a good hotel in baga, services is good, and if possible i will visit again in NAZRI.

Perfect location, 2 minutes away from Tito's and baga. Almost everything within reach. Clean pool and very clean rooms. I'd recommend it and definitely stay there again. Keep it up
