7 Apple Resort, Lonavala

The location is close to main Citi centre. The property is clean, well maintained. The staff is very warm, helpful and humble. The service is fast and good. The food is of highest quality. The rooms are spacious and cozy.

The food especially the beverages tea and coffee are a little too expensive.

Location is good ,close to main market, room size is fair, parking available.

Food is very average, needed to make many requests for things like pool towels.very small playground for kids, barely 2,3 kids can play at one time, no swing also.Room house keeping can be much improved with broken sink trap, old bed linen, towels were rough, old and worn out, there was musty smell in bathroom and the room with broken mosquito net door.

The pool , games room and cycling was good. Appreciate the Hi tea they offered complimentary.

The rooms were not well cleaned. Pillows were very uncomfortable and the room had fungal smell. Rooms need renovation and good maintenance. Bedsheets and towels were torn too.

There was constant noise from around the ceiling area in room 204 throughout the night of 13th Aug 2023 and the whole family couldn’t sleep. The maintenance couldn’t figure out. The worst experience at 7 Apple so far, otherwise we like 7 Apple hotels.

The property was clean and had a courteous staff.

We didn’t have much of a view from our room and it was quite expensive for the amenities provided and the view of the room.

Location and value for money

Overall the stay was decent and value for money. Like or dislike doesn’t matter.

The location and mountain view offered was superb. Also food good and staff was very supportive.

As such no specific comment but they need to maintain the condition of cycle and add if possible add some extra games in club house.
