Staff is very good. Very prompt and quick service

The location isn't that great. The facilities are average. The high tea is a good gesture but such loud music kills the mood.

Staff is completely untrained even in the most mundane activities .I mean when we reached the property no security no Bell boy no one at reception. I was yelled at and phone banged when we called front desk because they were busy. I have no words kindly use your own discretion with the above experience.

Good infrastructure easy to locate

Need bit of maintenance in rooms. Few things were not working. Refrigerator should be there in all rooms
