Here's a visualization for your review: Courtyard Alexandria, Louisiana: Days 1-3 - Air Conditioning: ❌ Not working in living room - Housekeeping: ❌ No service Day 4 - Air Conditioning: ✔️ Repaired perfectly by engineer General Experience - Front Desk: ✔️ Helpful, provided towels for rooms and overall amazing service. Kwaiary was hands down the main reason our stay was successful. Overall Impression: - Despite initial setbacks with the AC and housekeeping, the staff's (Kwaiary) helpfulness and the resolution of issues make me inclined to give this hotel another chance in the future.

Didn't eat there

We were not informed that this location would be under renovations. The worker's replacing the roof disconnected the cable, so there was no television to watch. The workers started working at 7 am on Saturday morning. The room was not cleaned completely. Bathroom had hair all over the floor and counters. The sink would not drain properly.
