Overall, the room was nice. The staff was great during check in/out. The bed was really firm. The shower curtain also had a weird stain on it. Other than that, nice stay.

The location was good. It was easy to find, and its around many stores and food options. The facility was nice, well kept and clean. The bed of course is comfortable and the rooms are clean. The staff was excellent.

Customer service was excellent. Close to the hospitaly mom was at. Close to mall, walmart, several restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Whatever you needed is definitely within close proximity. My only issue was the cleanliness of the sofa and chase. I think that those should be cleaned often but most hotels neglect that fact. But would definitely recommend to stay.

"Comfy bed, just not sure worth the value as a Marriott normally is"

I enjoyed the fact my check in gentleman Gregory remembered me by name, especially when an issue arose that the system or someone else checked me out way earlier than intended He made sure to stay on top of it and made sure no issues prevented myself or family from entering back into the room.

No continental breakfast and the TV was small, even thoughit.mentioned $12 extra for breakfast. Having a continental breakfast would have made the stay more pleasant and even made up for the small TV.
