The property was really amazing, the staff was extremely friendly , the neighborhood is filled with older houses and it's a short walk to the Bottleworks area with tons of dining, bars and activities. WIll definitely be back,

Great place! Loved it!

This was a great choice for walking to the fieldhouse (1.5 miles). The room and staff were great, but we had to share a bathroom with another room. That didn't seem a problem until we woke up this morning, and the other guest was in there for a very long time. That got to be pretty uncomfortable. In addition, breakfast was just ok. I'm used to really special breakfasts at a B&B. This one had the typical things you would find at a Comfort Inn minus the hot food-- cold cereal, breads, fruit, juice, rolls, yogurt, hardboiled eggs. It was very attractively and elegantly arranged. We will probably stay here again.

This was the first time my wife and I have stayed at a bed and breakfast, and we loved it! The host and his wife were the kindest of people. We would absolutely stay again! I would recommend for any couple or family looking to have a unique, fun stay in Indianapolis.

Very cozy stay. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for our stay. The only drawback was having to share the bathroom with another room and it worked out overall.

Could have been a little cleaner, parking is very minimal, too light in the bedroom need a fan in bedroom.

Such a quaint place and lovely experience. The breakfast service was tasty and everything was gorgeous and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the room was cute. Staff all kind.

Stayed here for just one night, but it left a lasting impression. The place was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had a relaxed, well-kept charm that’s refreshingly different from typical hotels. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for something unique and memorable.
