Villa Wastra

Charming, quiet, peaceful. Not for those who want extravagance or are exacting in their demands. Staff speak little english but we managed and they are absolutely charming. A real jewel.

Beautiful cooling temperature. Layback town. The breakfast in Villa Wastra is beyond words, superb delicious Balinese style congee. There are also bread with jam, cheese, fruits, milk, coffee, tea & biscuits.

Spider in the room hahaha .. The bedding can be better .. Traffic situation is not that organise in the town.

villa wastra is spacious and beautiful. the rooms are gigantic, you feel like royalty. excellently equipped and pristine. i loved the terrace, pool and the host who spoke perfect english and was able to accommodate our requests.

the only downside you should take into consideration is the remote location so it is a bit of a fieldtip to go anywhere. even tho, perfect for a couple days of relaxing and recharging in nature.

Had a really nice stay at Villa Wastra. After a long driveway you'll reach a beautiful secluded villa which immediately felt very quiet and peaceful to me. This is the perfect place to come to rest and enjoy the view, also the room was huge! The owner Maria is very nice and I had really nice talks with her. In the evening its possible to get a really good homecooked dinner here and in the morning you can enjoy a great breakfast outside with a great view.

The only thing I can think of is that the wifi connection in my room was not strong enough, on the other hand its sometimes also nice to be offline. Especially in a place like this:)
