服務人員很熱情

1. 入住前一天有人員來電表示停車場處會有人員指引停車，而當天館內停車場滿了，但完全沒有任何告示，人員只示意我們離開停車場入口，並沒有任何指引，山路又不好迴轉，浪費許多時間，不知道前一天的電話通知是什麼意思。 2. 迎賓擦手巾有異味。 3. 餐點不好吃 4. 入住套房，服務人員在辦理入住時已經向我們表示用餐時間會有房務進房鋪床，但用餐後回到房間後卻沒有鋪，打給房務時，房務還一頭霧水，搞不清楚狀況。

住宿風景很美，房間非常乾淨（對鼻子過敏者很友善）

早餐時服務人員對於房間號碼問很多，不知道為什麼？大飯店的防弊措施很嚴重，但入住講解時、晚餐時就確認人數了阿，還好早餐晚餐都很好吃。

雲品溫泉酒店，是我在國內外住過這麼多飯店中，整體體驗滿分的一間。從停車動線、接待流程，到服務人員主動協助將行李由停車場送至房間，退房時再協助送回停車場，每一個細節都展現出極高的服務水準。餐廳與餐飲品質同樣出色，整體體驗幾乎無可挑剔。
