Bien situé car près de l arrivée des ferrys et près de la veille ville, chambre calme et confortable, jacuzzi très bien, l accueil et la gentillesse des réceptionnistes

Boravak u ovom smještaju nije mi se posebno svidio. Najviše mi je zasmetalo to što čistačica nije ulazila u sobu tijekom dana, iako je znak za čišćenje stalno bio postavljen na vratima. Očekivao/la sam bolju organizaciju i pažnju prema gostima, posebno kada je riječ o osnovnim stvarima poput održavanja čistoće.

The location

We booked this hotel for two nights. Since we had a very early check-out, I asked at reception during check-in if our breakfast from the last day could be moved to the first day. I was told this was “impossible” because the kitchen prepares food strictly based on the number of guests each day. Surprisingly, when I asked if we could still have breakfast without making changes, I was told it would be possible—but only if we paid €20 per person. This completely contradicts the earlier explanation. In the end, they agreed to provide a takeaway breakfast for our last day. What we received, however, was frankly unacceptable: a dry, cold sandwich and a single cherry tomato. Nothing else. This felt disrespectful and far below any reasonable standard. I refused to accept it, and the staff didn’t even bother to ask why or offer a simple apology. Although the hotel has a good location and clean rooms, the service is extremely poor. Based on this experience, I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
