Lovely clean hotel literally a 5 minute walk from the railway station. Staff were courteous and polite. Factories were excellent.

"Falls short of expectations "

A two-night business stay. The room was OK, with a view and reasonably fast wifi. A small disappointment was that the the towels were badly worn and torn around the edges. Maybe it’s a covid policy, but there was no room cleaning during the stay. Also, the toiletries were not replenished. Overall, not a 4* service one would expect.

Needed a hotel near the Central Station, the Mercure is a great option. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Nice and clean room, not too big, not too small. I found some amenities lacking but overall it was good. Welcoming staff gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to do in Bratislava. Location is not bad, 10/15 from historic city center. Breakfast with lots of options, nice bar and lounge.
