shower no hot water (on a winter day) , shower area no soap/ shampoo holder or rack. Shower glass door and panel bottom part and corners needs cleaning. Clean dry towels hanged inside the shower booth which is very odd. Carpet needs deep cleaning. Only positive - Tram station near hotel

Very impressive hotel just down the road from the main train station, which is handy for airport transfer. Was lucky having arrived early to get an early check in. The room was big, modern, comfortable and interestingly decorated. The old town is within walking distance. The staff were friendly and efficient. Good selection at breakfast. Have already recommended to others.

Girls trip for the weekend. Hotel is nice, it’s a fair walk to the centre so not suitable if you’re not up for lots of walking. You would need to get public transport. The hotel is clean and tidy. We felt very hot in there and our room was really hot!!

The location was great for access to the train station. It was a bit more of a walk than I expected to the Old Town are. WiFi worked well

Near train station, walkable to central. Quiet environment. We got upgrade to privilege room that was a bonus. The staff checked in us was professional, polite and efficiency.

The hotel and the staff were first class. They couldn’t do enough to please. However the hotel was about 20 minutes walk from town but was next to train station and bus stop
