I liked the area. There is all types of stores and eating places just a short walk or bus ride away. Even though the Red Roof Inn was near the highway, it was very quiet and peaceful on the property

I guess I wasn't happy that the washer wasn't working quite well.

"Would not fix wrong date booked."

I was attempting to book a room on April 2nd to the 3rd through Booking.com. It was after Midnight when I was booking and I thought I picked April 2nd to the 3rd but it selected April 1st to the 2nd. I also chose to register between 2:00pm and 3:00pm. When I got to the hotel on the 2nd at 3:00pm I was told that I did not have a reservation booked. After seeing the issue and trying to figure out why the app would let me book a room on the 2nd for the 1st of April and then allow me to pick a check in time between 2pm and 3pm for April 1st on April 2nd after midnight! It's not even possible to do. I tried going through Booking.com to be reimbursed but I was emailed the next day saying that RedRoof Inn had denied my request. I booked twice because I needed a room so I just paid $200 for 1 night. They could clearly see that I did not stay there the night prior. This was the worst. It would have been great customer service to find a way to help me out for this site mistake but the guy at the desk wasn't trying to help me out at all!
