Bathroom smelled moldy. There was mold on the ceiling and outside the sewage backed up in the parking lot so I had to wash my truck off and the mats on the side of my truck. It was trash everywhere.

Dirty facility.

Nothing

Dog barking all night. Dirty clothes that was left in room by previous occupant. When shower is on the water leaked. Safety lock on door broken

Upon checking in, we had to walk a long distance to our second-floor room because there are no elevators, which was difficult for me due to my bad knees. There were also a few room issues in the room: the toilet flushed very slowly and only worked if you hold the handle down but still barely and there was something in the toilet upon arrival, the TV did not work in our room, and the carpet edging is badly bent, which caused me to trip. Lastly, the lock on top of the door was broken. These issues made our stay uncomfortable. Our event was across the street and we only would use it for a few hours of stay or sleep as we check in 5pm. The only reason why we did not leave was because neighboring areas was booked and based on the location to festivities.

The room was clean

People who stayed there were sitting in the lobby day and night. Females wearing their pajamas sitting in the lobby all day and all night.
