From the moment we arrived, the security staff ensured a smooth and welcoming entry, and the reception team handled everything efficiently while making us feel genuinely welcomed. A special mention to Chef Abrup, whose food and personal attention made our dining experience exceptional. The hospitality team—Aniket, Saurabh, and Kashyap—went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attentiveness and genuine care made a big difference. I would also like to acknowledge Crosby from the sales team, whose coordination and support helped make the overall experience seamless. "⭐ Wonderful Dining Experience at Zeta – Great Food & Excellent Hospitality"

I recently visited Hyatt Regency and had a wonderful dining experience at Zeta. The Italian food was excellent and the overall service was outstanding. The staff and security team were extremely helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to appreciate Roshan Singh and Dilraj Singh from the security team for their support and professionalism. A great place to stay with family. Spacious 1 bhk, variety of breakfast, very friendly staffs. We traveled with 2 babies. I would like to thank one of the staff Dilraj Singh who helped everytime we go in and out with luggages. Kitchen staffs were very polite and friendly as well. Overall a great experience!!!
