I had a very nice and pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was very clean comfortable and well maintained which made me feel relaxed and at home. The food was delicious and of very good quality. I really enjoyed my meals during my stay. Special thanks to Trupti for her kind support and excellent service. She assisted me very nicely welcomed me warmly and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. Because of her helpful and friendly nature I felt very happy and satisfied. Overall, my experience at the hotel was wonderful and I truly enjoyed my stay. I will definitely visit this hotel again in the future and also recommend it to others.

A truly wonderful stay from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and I’d especially like to thank ‘Rechongshe’ and ‘Lemish’ for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. We visited this place on our Anniversary 🎉, the ambience was very pleasant and calm.Ms Dumbino welcomed us with very warm smile. The moment they knew that we were here to celebrate our special day, they left no stone unturned for making us feel good. Mr Karan and Mr Kaushal especially, these to gentlemen ensured we had a lasting experience. We had a great time and my family was truly delighted by the hospitality.

close to office.. no fuss.. very hospitable . Gym is excellent and the food will not bore you , even when you stay for long. Good hotel

We the BITS batch of 1975-80 had our golden jubilee attended by 200+ batchmates. It was sponsored by cos like Mercedes, Nestle, Bhikaji, Chiratae ventures and Banyan Capital. It was a roaring success made possible by the team at Hyatt led by Mukund Karpe. They went out of their way to accommodate every thing needed. Would strongly recommend them for events. Still to experience better hospitality in my life.

Saurabh and Kaushal were very helpful in serving us for the dinner buffet. Spread was also very good.

We had a great experience. We were here for the Buffett. Arju and Kaushal were very very helpful and nice! The food was great and the choices were so many!

I visited Lotus deck for a family dinner, had a wonderful experience. The food was nice as well as the service was prompt. Though the menu had limited options than what we expected, but the taste made up for that. Also the ambience was nice, perfect for a family outing. On top of it, the manager Abhishek went out of his way to arrange anniversary cake for us.
