"Great Hotel "

The hotel was great. The only issue I had at check-in was that I ordered a room with the view of the lake in the back of the hotel. I was told that the room I got was the room I would get. Usually I would argue, but I was celebrating my wife's birthday and did not want something like this to ruin her day.

Housekeeping was inconsistent and sloppy. Front desk was polite and helpful. Person working in kitchen was aggressive and rude when she was glaring at me through the opening from the kitchen to the serving area.
