Raytrail made the checking in process seamless. He took the liberty of upgrading us to a deluxe room for my birthday. The room was perfect! We walked over to bridge to the restaurants and saw fireflies and lots of turtles. I would recommend Hyatt Place SugarLand to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place with accessibility to everything- any day!
