Pool, staff, location. Spa and three treatments were excellent. Best facial I've had.

Virtually no cooked vegetarian offers at the large breakfast buffet even though cited as veg-friendly. However staff would prepare rice or noodles for you if asked. Dining options not great either.

A gem of a hotel. Beautifully maintained with friendly staff and great facilities. Gardens and pool were spectacular. Amazing buffet breakfast with so much variety and variation each day. Everything was fresh and made in house. Rooms were large and well appointed. Situated only 20 minutes from Old Town it offers a relaxing seaside location away from the busy tourist areas.

Bathroom lacked privacy with glass saloon doors. Shower leaked.

This resort hands down was our favourite. We did not really appreciate it fully until we left and went to Phu Quoc island and realised what a fantastic location and relaxing environment this was. All the staff were beautiful and kind, this place was so quite and peaceful. Could have stayed here the whole two weeks as this was how great it was.
