Boutique Hoi An Resort

This was my favourite hotel throughout my whole stay in Vietnam. The reception from staff on arrival was welcoming and attentive. I had been allocated a room with a lounge area, most unexpected as I had booked a double room. The Spa was wonderful. It had a very calm and serene feel which added to the overall relaxing experience. The staff are very customer focused and appear to genuinely enjoy their roles. Even the person weeding and attending the grass did so with care and attention. The courtesy travel to town was appreciated. The charge to use the hotel mini bus to take my group to the airport was very reasonable.

There was a brief episode of noice from the neighbouring room which was heard through the connecting door.

Absolutely wonderful! What can we say. Wow. It was a very last minute decision to book here. Upon arriving at our booked place, we decided it wasn't for us so booked this. We had seen this hotel before but always wanted to be at An Bang so never booked it. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. What wonderful staff they have on the front desk here. The hotel itself is beautiful. Clean cool rooms, beautiful pool, clean quiet beach and plenty of grassed areas to relax. We loved it! Breakfast had everything you could wish for without being too much. The only slight downside to this hotel were the pool bar staff. They were not on parr with all yhe other staff, cleaners, front desk, life guards. They didnt really want to serve you or have any eye contact unless they had to. Thats literally the only thing that we felt would be improved on. If they perhaps came around offering drinks it would be the icing on the cake. The hotel would do far more trade and the staff maybe wouldnt be hanging around chatting bored so much. Thats enough of the one little negative here though. The rest great. If you are thinking of booking do it. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely come here again.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely private beach area and great pool. Plenty of sunbeds and towels. Good and reasonably priced treatments in the spa. Great breakfasts, lunches, pool and beach bars. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Next door is a shop where you can buy drink, has a laundrette and spa service. They also do private driver trips so you can plan your own day out. This was very reasonable and a great service - lovely family run business. Restaurant across the road does great food. We used the courtesy bus into the old town which has a great atmosphere both day and night. We would taxi back as generally later than the last courtesy bus at 9:20 pm. Lovely area to visit with lots to see and do with a short distance. The coconut boat ride in the coconut Forest was great fun and only a very short walk from the hotel. No need to book a tour. Cross the road, walk over the bridge on the right hand side, on the other side of the river turn right and you will see the company - Coconut boat Hoi An sign.

Die Empfehlung des Schneiders. Eine einzige Katastrophe. Aber ein Mitarbeiter war sehr bemüht, dass ich das Geld wieder zurückbekomme habe.

A great hotel with a very pleasant location between a quiet beach and a few lovely local restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
