Awful. Old lady was rude. Cable stuck on one channel. No lights worked but bathroom. Bathroom door didn't close. Lectured about smoking even tho we don't and room stunk of cigarettes. Towels were three tiny hand towels one of which looked quite used. No outlets in room. Up side no bed bugs thank God.

This hotel is absolutely NASTY! Stay away. Never again. Dirty nasty mess. Door looked like it had been kicked in from a drug bust, mold, trash, not clean, nasty shower. Absolutely horrendous!

The staff was friendly. The room was. I thing special. Out dated but a place to sleep. If you looking for the ritz Carlton your. It going to get it for the price here. You are getting exactly what you pay for. A place to sleep. A/c worked, WiFi worked, televisions new and cable worked.

Old motel not very well maintained staff was scattered. Lot of permanent residents not happy

The hotel was fithly#!! And smelled soooo bad. No heat in the room

I booked this hotel because of the price and the fact it says it has wifi. I pull in on a very hot and humid day and after ringing the bell for service at the front desk I am greeted by an extremely huge man, who has the presence that I am interrupting him. I give him my ID and he then proceeds to talk incessantly about something I don't even remember. Meanwhile the office does NOT have AC, and I am getting more and more uncomfortable. I finally get my key and get to my room. The room has a stale smell to it. The AC unit is extremely loud. The bathroom is a hazard. Then I find out the wifi is not working. I contact the office and he tells me it should be and will look into it. After leaving and coming back I check he wifi again and it still is not working. I go to the office and this time I have the sense, I am really interrupting him. He basically tells me oh well. I spend as little time as necessary in the room. The loud AC makes it hard to sleep. Getting to the shower is dangerous as it is a narrow step down to the tub andthe shower head is hard to use. When it was time to leave I was glad to get out of there. I have a family event coming up later in the year and I will make sure no one uses this hotel.

This is an old, transient type motel. The room was crowded with too large furniture. The AC was too loud. The bathroom was dangerous with its narrow passageway and differing levels of the floor. The WIFI was supposed to work. (that plus the price were the main reasons for booking). The WIFI never did work. The manager was very rude and unfriendly. Every time I asked to have the WIFI issue fixed, I was made to believe I was bothering him. My family is looking for hotels for people to stay in for an upcoming wedding. I told them not to use this place. I am extremely disappointed in the nice pictures posted on line and then the ugliness of the rooms. Might be considered false advertising

It was fine, quick check-in, helpful front desk person. Needs quite a bit of new paint and updating but beds comfortable, had microwave, refrigerator, heat and air. Also quite quiet. Good for a quick stay at a low price.

Showed up for my stay, and found out I had no reservation. The manager said he never received my notification from Hotels.com and that he didn't have the room available I was requesting. He was kind enough to find me a room down the road at a neighboring motel that was actually a little bit cheaper. He also called and spoke with Hotels.com and had my money refunded by the next morning.

We only needed the motel for 1 night, we needed 3 rooms as we were in town for a family function. We were traveling from Pittsburgh. It was the worst experience I have ever had in all my years of traveling. You get what you pay for. If my children were with me, they never would have stepped foot in the room. It smelled like stale cigarettes. My throat hurt and my nose was runny the entire 6 hours were spent in the room. We checked in, stayed a few minutes and left to go to the family function. We got back around 11 PM and checked out by 6 AM the next morning. It was really bad and I would not recommend it. I think the rooms were unhealthy to be in. There was no heat nor air conditioning. It did not feel like a safe area to be in.
