Ramada by Wyndham Staten Island

At time of booking, hotel only offering non-refundable rates. Big red flag! It seems they know you would want to cancel your reservations as soon as you experienced the hotel. Expedia seems to support this type of activity. Beware. Hotel has a bad reputation for crime among locals. The hotel looks good on the outside, but pretty dumpy on the inside.

Kinda smells, but not a bad location and parking was a plus.

It was a decent hotel, the internet was absolutely awful so don’t expect to get any work done if you need wifi. Hotel staff was nice, the room was clean, a little noisy but it’s a hotel so it’s pretty normal.

Close to the highway for quick access

Slightly bigger room. The position of the closet, between the desk and TV, results in the TV being at an odd angle from the left side of the bed.

Don't waste your time and money, go to other hotel, it's awful!

Good service at front desk. Very nice, clean room. Low noise level in hotel. Good breakfast.
